Senators don't require bachelors' degree or I thought so. .
But even her form 4 certificate is doubtful.
She need to do a form 4 exam soonest.
Here is what the Elections Act 2011 says:
Section 22(1)(b) - holds a post secondary school qualification recognised in Kenya
{Any nominee for any post}Section 22(2) - Notwithstanding subsection (1)(b), a person may be nominated as a candidate for election as President, Deputy President, county Governor or deputy county Governor only if the person is a holder of a degree from a university recognised in Kenya.
