Leviticus 25;8 ; THE YEAR OF JUBILEE
v8 "Count off seven sabbaths of years - seven times seven years - so that the seven sabbaths of years amount to a period of forty-nine years.

Kenyas year of Jubilee kicked of with this years independence day celebrations ( December 12th 1963 plus 49 years, 12 December 2012 and will end on 12 the December 2013 this year). The Holy word of God goes on to tell us how to handle the major issues we are facing for example:

LAND DEALINGS

v14 "In This year of Jubilee everyone is to return to his own property", "If you sell land to one of your countrymen or buy any from him, do not take advantage of each other"....v17 "Do not take advantage of each other, but fear your God, I am your Lord". The IDP's will return to their own properties, and we shall not take advantage of each other by disregarding ownership (Waitiki farm issue)

ON PEACE
v18 "Follow my decrees and be careful to obey my laws and you will live safely in the land, then the land will yield it's fruit and you will eat your fill and live there in safety" Kenya is on the verge of greatness, of wealth, prosperity, but we have to surrender to God's decrees. Denounce those who fought God's Law (Atheist). God will grant us peace, it is for you to choose.

This is our year. Year of Jubilee!

My dear, this word was specially kept for your, for thousands of years, it talks about how we should deal with poverty, aliens and ownership, citizenship...everything, just read and you will see, proclaim it! I am not that religious but I BELIEVE! Kenya is GOD's land, we have been worshiping one God even before the mzungu came, we know it is true.
