If the crooks access the server kwisha, whether we confirm or not.

Storm in a tea cup if you ask me. plus most of peoples details are in some books at mpesa agent kiosks, plus CCK controls the vas providers and even if an individual can get software that goes around the CCK part, the sms has to go through the mobile provider - who were asked to screen such.
