Or will they spend the next 5yrs whining about poor leadership. Bad leadership is caused by those who do not vote (particularly in the crucial nomination stage). Go out and choose the right leaders.

I am a registered TNA member, please note that this was done without my consent, and I will go participate in the nominations. Employers should give employees time off to go and nominate the right leaders otherwise 'makosa itaendelea kufanyika tu' as we sit pretty.

Never. We have real jobs and will be busy, we'll be hurt if chaos erupt, our new Dubai/Singapore cars could get damaged, we have 42inch tvs and are fully subscribed to NTV, Citizen, KTN and KBC to follow the proceedings live from home and office, our friends, mbotches, watchmen, dogs might see us on tv.... BBI will solve it :)

Wako wengi. Many will be voting on the basis of who, not what. Gullibility is relative rather than absolute. Luck is when Preparation meets Opportunity. ~ Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Of course they will go about their own business as usual while hoping and praying that the 'idlers' could see the sense in voting for someone who is going to further the middle class agenda so they continue being comfortable. What selfishness.

It is nice that your employer can release you from your day to day duties so that you can participate in these nominations. ..for some of us, our employers aren't so considerable...taking the high horse doesnt sit well with you mister, you are not any better than anyone else, rid yourself of the notion.

Ok boss, but i'll make a point of participating in the nominations tommorrow. Would u vote if your employer was considerate enough and gave u a day's off to participate in the nominations?

Why do some people become uncomfortable and so defensive when the truth about them is told?
