@kamundu, your numbers are not accurate. substandard breaks it down HEREit's ok for a retiring president who has peformed and is willing to leave office, after all how many are we going to have in say 50 years? The nonsense was all those MPIGs awarding themselves and they still want to come back on March the 4th after doing absolutely nothing for 5yrs!! i.am.back!!!!

24m lumpsum is peanuts after 50yrs on the job as minister/vice president/president. Can't even buy him a decent house in Nairobi, maybe a flat in Kilimani. Luckily for him he already has a home.
