Kibaki's last term is ending in less than two months. he was quite a different president when compared to the presidents before him. There are many things we will remember him for, just like we remember Moi and Kenyatta for different things.
The current regime and those before it touched our lives differently. Through those experiences, most Kenyans have come to learn what they expect from the state.
I think its high time we appraise Mr. Kibaki on the job we gave him for the last 10 years. We may have been affected by the government's performance/non-performance differently and those not affected may not be aware something happened/did not happen(e.g effect of a beer price increase to a teetotaler!).. this thread seeks to compile all that.
This is how the score will be computed,
..Every positive/negative point will earn one mark
..The Score will be cumulative,i.e if the previous score/post was 12 out of 24, the next point if positive will be 13 out of 25 or if negative 12 out of 25.
..the scores are based on personal opinions/reasons, if not in agreement then score/don't score the point on the next post
..The basis of the score or explanations may be sought, but the score will stand unless a cancelling score is raised
i will go first..!

Every day I get up and look through the Forbes list of the richest people in the World. If I'm not there, I go to work.
