Juz as Bett beat a retreat due to growing politico hostility in his homeground, so has Abdikadir done it also.Things are hot on the ground in Mandera. What of the clan elders dismissing him and saying he has been on the national scene more than at home (what a reason?).They've vowed not to support him for any elective post. In N.E, clan politics is so rife that the elders say is usually final. Lucky enough for Abdikar, he made a national name and any coalition that wins would want him as a cabinet secretary. The young man has only seen far as a giraffee
