Dear Members,A close friend and myself would wish to start a shop stocking children's stuff. We are at the initial stages of business development and i would request any info about:

1 Sources of the the stuff both within and out of the country

2 Any challenges that one has faced with such kind of business a side from the normal ones facing new small business ventures.

4 Any suggestions of the best location to set up the business in Kenya specifically in Nairobi

5 Best Marketing strategies specific to such ventures...

I would wish to have a meeting with anyone in here already doing the business and also would welcome any already existing business plan for this line of business. We are currently gathering information on this venture and also working on a business plan,these information will really help us put up valuable data before we move in to spend cash on the project.
