I have been thinking that most of the internet will be anarchical but self organizing.

Rights are laws, and laws are about things that can be determined to 'reasonable uncertainty'.
But in the internet there's very little that one can determine, or even imagine.
This force seems to be anarchical, but it is in fact, organized and beneficial.
Corporates, and governments need to stop chasing after the internet and instead ride on her.
Other attempts will simply fail.

Nothing vast enters the lives of mortals without a curse - Sophocles. Getting a beating means not conforming to prevailing laws. That is, those getting a beating need a paradigm shift, or re-organization. They need to focus on mutualist objectives, and re-brand and to create new relationships. With the internet has 'homo sapiens' become 'homo deus'.

What's homo deus? Yes the paradigm shift is one of the problems because its starting to shift power to the people. For example youtube can make or break an individual/organization but it borders on copyrights issues. On one hand its extremely popular on the other hand people will become afraid of it because of strict internet laws. Uncertainty is certain.Let go

There are of course laws regarding individuals, internet service providers, transactions . . . but technology has overtaken all laws modelled on conventional wisdom.

At the moment, there is a dark agenda that some organizations and companies are trying to push through, this agenda affects the Internet's governance - affecting all countries globally. On the bright side though, an 'internet law' would rope in online transactions which are mainly used as avenues for tax avoidance by corporations... This thesis may be interesting.
