This number should equal the total votes cast in a station. What i dont know is whether there is a fool proof way of all this data being updated centrally.

The BVR system is a waste of money. I belief a realtime voting system could have been procured at very affordable cost. Look at the banking, Visa and mpesa systems! Life is short. Live passionately.
