This time round I'm told akina @McReggae's Nyanza returning officers are smart, they will also hold back their form 16A and watch keenly the development from Central and Nithi areas and inflate the figures appropriately to counter! This number should equal the total votes cast in a station. What i dont know is whether there is a fool proof way of all this data being updated centrally.
