This number should equal the total votes cast in a station. What i dont know is whether there is a fool proof way of all this data being updated centrally.

But even if you insist BVR is just a database, the form 16A numbers should tie to what the BVR database has per polling station meaning no ghost voters will be 'created' this time round. I am sure IEBC will verify the numbers after voting closes. i.am.back!!!!

The BVR system is a waste of money. I belief a realtime voting system could have been procured at very affordable cost. Look at the banking, Visa and mpesa systems! Life is short. Live passionately.
