What is the real desease since the govt. is only curing with symptoms.

Matters are worsened by the fact that it is very difficult to see how the Wazuan, or the local shopkeeper is contributing to the deaths. The matter is so surreal that we can only ask the government to intervene.

Time for gaament to involve the local elders, inter clan wars and tribal wars are some of the most difficult to stop.

Imagine a man whose entire family of 3 wives and 16 shudren have been wiped out and a herd of 50 goats and 40 cows slaughtered...this person will resolve to revenge come what may, now or even 20 years to come.
Its the most difficult to shelve, revenge!
