Maybe this Mdvdi- UK fallout is a temporizing tactic with the added benefit of increasing their respective supporters cohesion when UK and Ruto bow out of the race.

Not possible. Mdvd will lose TNA votes to PK and Martha. TNA supporters rejected Mdvd in broad daylight.

BBI will solve it

@2012 come srore it was the delegates who rejected him and the main reason was the loss of campaign money with the MaDVD presidency as this would have meant UK not financing them.

BTW what role would money play in the electioneering period esp with voter bribery which has been the hallmark of Kenya politics?

I don't think so. I think selling Mdvd as the presidential candidate is very hard. He is an opportunist who when you think about it, hasn't achieved much politically. It's easier to sell Ruto or RAO than it is to sell Mdvd.

BBI will solve it

Kaleland will decide this election's tipover. A solid over 90% to UK will be very hard for anyone to beat.

Ditto!!! The sycophants, aka delegates are really after UK's Campaign Kitty and this would have been elusive had Mdvd been endorsed. Most sycophants are usually very liquid during electioneering period and thereafter become common hustlers. So they made sure they squeezed him into the ballot.

@Tebes, my thoughts are actually about voters who follow the line of the hand that has fed them. The youth and shags guys in this case are the most affected lot. They put their votes where they have "eaten from". I think this is pambas biggest nightmare as each vote counts.

Cannot and will not happen. We get to a run-off and the "Jaramogi-Muite effect" manifests itself.

The probability of Raila being president is Zero whether in the first or second round.
The election is about the merits and demerits of taking our four sons to the hague. The opposers of hague are not well educated or do not comprise the elite but they are many. The proposers the elite and wannabe be elites (wazuans) are few and will loose. The next president will be either Uhuru (90%) or Mudavadi (10%). All the Gods are against Raila and do not ask me why. i do not have a vote so i cannot save him.
