After waiting for a long long time.. a week ago the ka title was finaly out..
i come back from gicagi hoping to sell a portion to deal with the 'long monday' that is January..

Names are okay.. but a digit on the id is wrong... what complications will i face if i try sell the land?
Will i need to take it back for correction?.affi davit?
Did this guys do it to give me hell? Ama somebody now has my title as i struggle through offices and courts..?

Ka-plot is in Rongai and has appreciated since purchase. need to retrieve the capital by selling portion..

Relax @pound, I see this all the time and mostly ni typo by the clerks. I think the process in question is called correction of title and it involves affidavits and even consents at the board. But this is kenya, what I usually do is return the title to the clerks to rectify and they do so in a few minutes....

How did u get the title? I thought you sign for it personally?
Errors are rare but they occur.what is critical are the signatures, date, entries and the wooden rubber stamp!
To be on the safe side do a search after corrections.

They don't issue a new title, they just correct kienyeji way. by the way, issuance of a new title is quite complicated (legally) so they never want to go that direction.
