You may also consider 50*100 plots. 2kms from Thika road/ Ruai Bypass (Via Gwa Guka stage)with ready titles.Selling at 700k.

I have 50X100 sq feet plot on eastern bypass. Going for KES 1.8 Million .

-The plot has a title.
-The Title is freehold.
-On Murrum soil.
-Electricity on site.
-Water on site.
-Is 200 meters from eastern bypass at the place called corner or Calvert.
-Is 2.5Kms from Thika Road along the Eastern By pass.
-Road from Bypass to plot has murrum.
