In the unfolding saga of the fake PPO, one Waiganjo, the President purported to order for a "thorough" probe.

It turns out that such an order was not in conformity with the current dispensation and the law!!

As such several relevant bodies have side stepped the order as civil commentators called Kibaki to order!

Isnt it disturbing given that this is not the first time Kibaki has made a move only to be overruled as acting outside the law.

Is the sanctity and moral standing of the Presidency getting compromised.

Is Kibaki to blame for eroding the image of the Presidency or is it just a case of circumstances!

Its a good way to end impunity and stress that nobody is above the law. Yes, anybody can make mistakes, but let it be known that such mistakes cannot be swept under a rug, that consequences are to be borne. If it can happen to a president, sembuse wewe? A beautiful Kenya, Kenya mambo leo.smile

So who is living by the new constitution? And can he prove it?

Can anyone defend this constitution?

This saga smacks of tell tale affair!

More than meets the eye definitely.

Looking at the names of the Police heads interdicted can't miss to note a certain pattern.

Their replacements contrasts Iteeres line up.

I'm glad to hear that you can defend the constitution, and are living by it.

I guess it's kinda easy to show that you are living by the constitution, you only need to show your ID.

But as for defending it, I'm not so sure of my ability.

So, can you say you are comfortable with the rate and nature of implementation so far?

I think the president is in order to order the probe. After all he is the CEO. The IPOC is just trying to be seen to be relevant and who stopped them from ordering such a probe anyway?

One of the reasons I admire him. He LISTENS TO OUR NOISE! I gather he is quite a stubborn ol' man but he avoids unpopular stuff....he has had so many eggs on his face eish! .

Well, probably so, though he would have done better to follow the proper route!

Again the same CEO ordered a probe on the Arturs!

Does anybody believe any meaningful probe and follow up was intended and executed!

Why would it be any different this time round!
