I wish Istanbul wins purely because of time zones.
Nobody wants to wake up at 4am to watch Bolt sprinting 100m in Tokyo or to wake up at 3am to watch Kemboi doing a dance after winning 2020 marathon.

ION: Did OAR said in London last year that Kenia will bid for th 2020, or was it 2120??

You are right but consider Olympics is a passion. If you really love to watch Bolt 100m sprints, you should regardless of time difference. Tokyo despite very low public support , will raise the bar technologically .a
