This is just nasty, especially for a Bank.

Once an incident took place, where flysaa's domain name expired and they blamed the hosting company.

South African Airways (SAA) is blaming service providers for letting its domain name expire, causing a web site outtage. When the domain name expired, Network Solutions followed its standard practice of changing the DNS and sending visitors to a landing page.

Day 2: Since I never signed up for the mobile banking, I now have to ruin my holiday by locating a branch somewhere so that I can know the status of my account. So annoying!

I noted the same yesterday, not surprised though, their service levels have really deteriorated, there is a simple change of address issue I have followed up with them for 3 months and still not fully resolved, customer service always giving you stories...

I have figured a quick work-around to access the online banking site as they sort their expired domain mess... try

USERS BEWARE - NEVER EVER follow links such as that provided by @TD to access your bank. That is how people lose their personal login details and money to crooks.

To access your online account please use only the OFFICIAL LINK given by your bank.

FYI I have accessed my account without any problem this morning using the official NIC link that I had previously bookmarked.

I would have bought that domain real fast... and when the NIC IT Admins came looking, I'd have resold it at an inflated price!
