@muchknow,you are lucky some wazuan is missing but on all sides of the political divide we have people who are not clean.Going by your qualities then may be the lone ranger Kiyiapi would be the right candidate.

@muchknow,WSR was the minister for agriculture at the time and his people ate well including Omondi and other people close to them.

Well if some want to talk about imaginary hospitals, salaries, roads, in the future I want to start with qualitative aspects, morals and values, thats how i evaluate people and leaders, they are not clean, but who in my view is cleaner, thats all.Thats all i got on these guys unless you want me to start with tribe like most. Well, he is out of the presidential, and parliament absolved him overwhemingly and i want to believe uhuru trusts him, WSR claims to be a 'born again' from the more established churches, I trust such guys, I am waiting to see his work.
