He should not be rumoured, known, or caught stealing. 2. Not romoured, known, or celebrated as a morally 'corrupt' individual who denounces God, womanises,coming from homes where the pops screws the maid and so on. We know all our leadership crisis revolve around good morals, like denouncig theft, and corruption. If a man can teach his son how to steal, he does not have good morals, paticularly to steal our staple food maize! and drowns it with our new found 'staple' oil, we need to be weary. 3. Not guilty beyond reasonable doubt of delibaretely, by reckleseness or by their own admission caused the death of a beautiful loving lively Kenyan, please do not elect. The Kenyan voices sacrificed for the want of power in 1982 are crying out. Please dont let them down. This has been the curse of every election and hence deaths since, let it pass. Ras Kienyeji Man

Rumour is the fodder for the average political mind, it is real food 'for society', we cannot ignore it, if we want a 'clean' leader. How many rumors have you ever confirmed to be true? it's been most of them for me, except very stupid ones like illuminati and so on. Ras Kienyeji Man

Please let's not dash for very 'high level' rumours simply because the average voter uses them. Using hard drugs and wife beating? I might as well create rumours to suit myself. Lets be sincere with what has been in the public domain the innuendo in our big press houses, i can support the killer and maize theif rumours with press articles the two biggest, lets use that as a standard for 'what is in the public domain'. The UK alcohol and bhangi assertions were put foward to the public by RAO 'pombe na bhangi' speech in kibera, Kenyas hotbed of bhangi(a soft drug like the miraa RAO was chewing on camera) and phombe, so they are admissible.
