Are people focusing too much on real estate along Mombasa road and Thika road forgeting the other important road between the two: Kangundo Rd? The area is silently opening up and if you travel between Nairobi and Tala you will be shocked how much the stretch has been settled in the past few years. Good for setting up business too with the new population.

What do you guys think?

Because that land is IN Kangundo, maybe if it were ON or ALONG Kangundo road, people would be interested.
On a serious note, the road is in pathetic state,on top of the developments being chaotic. Once the road is wholly recarpeted, maybe some serious honchos will show up.

@mkeiyd Pardon my poor grammar smile Well, at the moment land is steadily appreciating ALONG and ON the road despite its state. I'm not sure of the area's potential though. There are rumours of an upcoming airstrip and tarmacked roads connecting Mombasa Road at KMC to Kangundo Road at the Athi River bridge and also further into Mwalimu Farm, and also tarmacking of the Komarock Shrine to Mitaboni Road. It will be interesting to see if the area will ever pick up as it is right in the middle of Thika Rd and Mombasa Rd
