Have you registered the SIM card in your car tracking device?

I believe the car tracking devices will be rendered useless if the SIM card is switched off since the gadgets won't be able to communicate the location of the car. I have registered mine.

Thought this is to be done by company providing service. I dont even know where to find it in my car!
