@Smith01 I was in the same position as you some time last year looking for duvets in Kenya. After lots of hustle I finally managed to get very good ones at a shop (I found them on facebook which tells you how Kenyans have become innovative!) in the Kenya Cinema building on Moi Avenue. They have very good stuff (if I may say so) though their prices aren't the cheapest... You can give them a try if you still haven't found the duvets.

They are actually fairer in terms of prices that others I had seen.
