Power Rationing Stopping?

Has there been confirmation that the Power Rationing schedule will be lifted in Sep 2009? Or am I mistaken?

I doubt KenGen will benefit coz IPPs will supply the extra BUT what about KPLC?

power rationing aint stopping soon until the current power shortfall (following the shuting down of some HEP stations) has been addressed and more generation power stations have been constructed to help meet the electricity demand which now stand at 1200MW!!!
