I wanted to buy a car through this yard and being a first time buyer didn't quite know the procedure, saw the car I liked and asked about price et al' so this woman susan accepts my deposit for the car since I was buying though asset finance.
Then when the bank asked for the invoice I go to the yard only to find her with a different car she wants to sell to me.sufficient to say I was very annoyed. turns out she sold the car I had put up deposit for and wanted me to take the one she had replaced. nkt!
telling her to give back the deposit shida, asking her to get a loan from the office and pay me, shida. In the end I had to call some mean guys to threaten her into action. so sad. eish!

seeker this is not the forum for dealing with such issues as it is misleading. For the record if an employee/sales person is uncooperative you contact the employer, who is always on the yard... not "call some mean guys". http://japmotors.net contact them if you have any problems.

@figgisoft....the timing and content of your first post is very suspect if not telling. In the interest of full disclosure- are you affiliated with said Jap motors? If so a better strategy perhaps may have been to come clean and explain how you dealt with the situation, findings of your investigation (if any) and proposed solution. Right now IMO you are doing more harm than good to the brand by attempting to intimidate Seeker.
