@Mawinder, the difference is so huge, apparently Railaphobia is partly formed by the killings during the PEV......which allegendly were perpertrated by one Ruto, we had kiuks in Kisumu but the killings there were due to police shootings, not torching, raping and killing of people from their houses akin to RV!!!

There is nothing like RAILAPHOBIA in GEMA. its all a well ochestrated attack on any other kenyan with a good chance to win the presidency.

I used to think it existed, then I saw recently the way they swatted off Kalonzo, managed to put Ruto in a corner and when MaDVD came to the fore, he has been dealt with cruelly.

Take RAO from the equation and replace him with any other kenyan outside central and he will get the same treatment of hatred, choreographed attacks on their character etc.

We have seen it all. Lets stop the pretending that this is a debate, tukutane kwa debe, whoever wins, wins. ICC or not.

Applause Applause Applause Applause It can't be put any better, infact in 2008, Ruto was the most hated in this forum and they used to call him Arap Milosevic, many of them said better Raila than Ruto.....look where we are today, Ruto is the angel, TRIBLISM at it's best!!!
.

On whose side are the faceless deciders? I mean the political West? How are the intended policies, of either "horse" beneficial to the West? I think a clue to these questions will more or less be important in deciding the winner come March 4th 2013.

Don't forget that when Raila supported Kibaki in 2002, he was a hero in Central Kenya...once they use Ruto, he'll be out the door...

On one hand, UMK reports at the Hague how OAR caused the PEV, and now he claims that his union with WSR will bring peace in the Rift Valley.....does that mean that them being apart was the cause of the violence in Rift Valley? That him and WSR were fighting each other then?

Railaphobia was always there pre-2007. However in 2008, some Gema people lost their lives not only in RV but also in Nyanza. ( I have a friend who had a business in Migori and he lost his wife there in PEV).

In addition to the killings, Railaphobia increased in 2008 with acquisition of properties where some tenants stopped paying rents and took these are their rights. I guess to date there are some landlords who have never recovered their properties. These are facts that contribute to Railaphobia in some areas in this country. CORD needs to address this practically if this issue was to be solved.

Railaphobia is real and necessary, is Moi from Gema? What of former pentagon? the 150mps at Jubilee presidential nominations, Tuju? Mungatana? His brother manispaa? I suffer from Railaphobia and as a patient not of gema i can tell you it is real, has nothing to do with tribe and the only potent medicine available is uhuruto.

@Liv, during the PEV, are you aware that many if not all kyuks residing in Nyanza were asked to vacate, and no killings were reported there...

Are you also aware that in a place like Mathare, the Landlords, who are predorminantly Kikuyus, reserve their houses for the guys from Nyanza and not any other...

Apology accepted, @ali.

Would you consider the judiciary corrupted if it is to uphold a constitution that is in conflict with political facts?

For example, would it be just for the courts to allow the two to run?

Or would it be just not to allow them to run?

I think the fear that some people may not respect the courts decisions is very real, and this is corruption of the judiciary.

This is nothing but the naked truth!

Everyone else somehow doesn't fit the bill!!!

I guess the qualification is being mountainous, and not just any side of the Mt, the the West side!!
