How much would a 1/8 acre in this area go for? Title available. There is also water and electricity but I'm not sure about the kind of soil. Please advise.

Proximity to Thika road?

Proximity to the main road that passes thru Juja farm from Thika road?

Many factors will determine. As far as I know Juja farm is an expansive area and I have seen plots ranging 100K - 800K, all in Juja Farm.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
