@tonystark,I share your sentiments.a guy buys a plot at 250k and a few months later he wants 650k for the same plot.evidence is all over this thread.Nothing illegal,that is what is making young men acquire millions.

The problem is when everyone's a seller who's the buyer? buyers for plots above Ksh 700k are spoilt for choice.Someone will get stuck with these plots

Ditto!!And Family Bank finances the plot buyers.Guka should have more details as he is the Finance Director at Family Bank.

I know Truelands Holdings. Bought a plot from them in 2006 and it was a clean deal.

I am selling two 1/8 plots in kitengela (near sifa farm) -prisons direction, 5 km from tarmac. each plot is 600k non negotiable. Have clean title deeds for them
our goals are best achieved indirectly
