New Master plan for Nairobi

I saw this in the papers that there is a new master plan for Nairobi and new Zoning. Does anyone have the proposed plans? The only time you should be looking down on others is when you are helping them up.

Is it Nairobi or Nairobi metropolitan. I know the guys producing the map. Its in initial stages will be out soon Life is an endless adventure

Socionomists do the opposite.
