Was the small matter of Kisaju being bang on the wildlife migratory route resolved? I seem to remember Julius Kip swearing he would clear the settlements there.

Has anyone purchased Kisaju View Park to give us reviews? The developers , Urbanis Africa in J/V with a landowner want to put up another estate next to it called Kisaju Plains .
...why would you buy a house in the middle of nowhere??if you havent been to kisaju try and take a road trip there ndio utajua...that place should be gvn another 15yrz its just too far...
There was a time a Mzee offered me a free plot at Kitengela if I bought two near Yukos. I declined. I still regret to date. They were going at Ksh 14,500.00. The unfortunate bit is that I could afford the same with sacrifices here and there. Don't know the exact price today but you would understand if I told you I do not wanna know! Never underestimate land potential. Please remember that Githurai was once considered too remote and you would be out of your mind to purchase a plot around Ruiru.
@1000hundreds WORD!!! Maka.. i rem my old guy being given a flyer of land at zimmerman going for 20K mid 90's... he never looked at it twice.. They are both around (mzee and Zimmer), 15 years later.. one with regrets
...there is a difference between yukos, zimmer n githurai as compared to kisaju...unless ua colin mcrae(rip),ian duncan or carl tundo u kant do a journey from kisaju to cbd everyday...if its about speculation well n gud its obvious tht the prices will appreciate that i dont dispute but why would u want to buy a house their??if its for rental, just forget that idea coz i dnt thnk thez anyone who,d want to pay rent for a 2 or 3 bedroomed hse in that area...

For daily commuters, it's not an ideal location. I'm not a daily commuter, just want an out of town home, that is not too far, should I want to occasionally go to the city.
