Brass tacks,...there is nothing visionary about this, it is a campaign sound byte and complete nonsense. I am trying to think of financial structures to control risk, ensure monies are recovered and don't sink into a black hole, and I am coming up blank. Where are those funds going to come from? One pay raise to teachers and Githae is scratching his head in confusion, adopting a dodgy policy of taxing services that could potentially put the brakes on expansion of said services ..watu waongee about stuff that is feasible, not lying to naive and gullible youth
