Why are we a fire-fighting nation? Does someone have to die for us to notice? Can't we notice before hand?

I think someone needs to be fired for us to prevent this! Anybody who loves their job will do anything possible to prevent attacks, IMO.

Look at school fires/tuition. Its only after someone was fired/arrested that change took place.

watu wa human rights wako wapi?? they should be screaming loud here. but as usual if the police go there to tame the bandits human right issues begin. i guess the police have their hands tied. tana delta area boarders ijara and Garissa, another gun town. the police no longer do patrols in garissa, reason because the alshaabab sympathizers will shoot at them but the police are not allowed to shoot. The gunmen who felled NBK workers just walked away and felled another man like 300mts away. Now these makes every community in tana delta have their own tribal militia for security reasons. My take is that if people go to the extent of killing police, let the army take vigilance.
