M-shwari glitch - giving unrequested loans

met someone who was aparently given a 100 kshs loan and was being reminder by sms to repay 108 by a certain date. he swore he hadnt asked for any loan. he didnt even know how to request for one. about 2 hours later, he got an sms asking him to ignore earlier loan repayment message. should we be scared?

Scared of what?It wasn't you in the first place so you cant even be sure its true.And even if its true...these things happen with new products, with time all issues will be smoothed out.

...its true came on my mum,s fone too for 250 never requested ...technology...ama its an xmass bonus.
