It is only in kenya where alleged extortionists are praised.

...i agree at some point the post needs to be filled and if we let the civil society continue with there shenanigans we wont go anywea, his explanation as to what happened is fair, him being a policeman doesnt mean he shouldnt do anything when he or his family is wronged, other policemen handled the matter, the Opudo guy stole 2 books frm Kiraithe and thats what was on the charge sheet,he,s lucky he din,t go in on extortion charges...the LSK and Omtata were behind the whole thing...shame on them.

On one hand we have an alleged extortionist and on the other hand we have a guy who once dismissed television footage as a Rambo movie...without first hand information as I am here, I know who I would tend to believe.

Is Mr. Kimaiyo any good. congrats to him and thank God Kibaki's hands were tied in this, otherwise he would have extended Itere's term to 65 years, he just ruined all the Military succession planning done by the best 2 Military Generals Kenya has ever had (Gen Daudi Tonje and Daniel Opande)by extending the term of the current General Karangi to past the 62 years required retirement age.

Wrong. Kimaiyo was in Vigilance House until mid 2008 long after Murangaru ceased being a minister.

Know what you are talking about before saying somebody is wrong, Kiamiyo was next in line in 2003 and was moved during the infamous Kalenjin purge, Murungaru was the Internal Security Minister!!!

I hope this guy can deliver even the bare minimum. Itere needs to leave office immeadiately (today) for his disgraceful management of security in this country. Bombs going off in Eistlegh on daily basis and not a single arrest.

This Kimaiyo guy needs to immeadiately drop spies in this area plus he should see through the investigations in tana and arrest the warlords.
