Good People,
I'm now convinced beyond doubt that the jusctice system in this country finally gone to the dogs.Its ludicrous and ridiculous that day three after KTN featured the incriminating footage of the track IT MD,the bugger is still free and even addressing press conferences,...its sickening..really..God Bless This Nation

Its the Economy..Stupid!!!!!

Indeed God bless this Nation as it seems that the police are finally trying to be professional. From the 'evidence' adduced by KTN,pray,what should they charge the Track It MD with?

Bribery? Beyond reasonable doubt,has it been proven? Fraud; ask yourself what in law would constitute fraud and if what KTN has given us proves that. In my layman's view any freshly admitted advocate would be able to have the case dismissed without putting the accused on the defense in this matter.

(And have you seen the way the reporters have been handling the money allegedly given to them by the MD? It was and had not been handed over to the police and they have in effect removed all fingerprints evidence)

So I would imagine that the police are carrying out investigations on the claims by KTN without rushing to charge the guy as some like Mwabili may want to.

Maybe KTN and their reporters would also have a lot to answer for:

1. Possible data theft - Need to check out the amended Communications Act think there is something about that;
2.Criminal libel (though the AG said no but Civil Libel still there),more so for the assertion that Track It has something to do with car jackers an allegation not supported by their story at all
3. Etc

You,or someone aggrieved will need to go to the police and record a complaint officially,for the process to start. Police dont watch news on television or read articles from newspaper and then swing in to action on that basis.
Over and above the con game claims,there are also bribery claims.

KTN journalists who claim they were bribed should forward such info to police forthwith if they expect action.

Shouting from roof tops while ignoring the right channels isnt too helpful.

KTN must know this for goodness sake!

Methinks that KTN's mission had nothing to do with unearthing criminal activity.It had everything to do with destroying Track It and a publicity stunt.Both were deftly achieved.Mambo kwisa....
