soooo, if uhuru DOES get into statehouse, who will be in control, him or the devil????

You are not alone brother!

Welcome to the club.

Now, you may want to agree with me that Raila will become president because of mistakes of Uhuru and Ruto.

As G7 they had it all under wraps, but due to their apparent headstrong traits displayed, they have now bungled things to a point where salvaging is almost impossible!

Its now a case of spilt Brookside Milk.

It was always heading to be G1....the fellows who composed the G7 have all been silenced and played one way or the other..where is Tuju, Kalonzo, Eugene? You have to give it up to the Uhuru handlers.....Now that MDvd has been added to the list of those who have been swindled, is Bill Ruto sitting pretty ama anaona?

Musa-lia should just fire his PR guys. Jana's crying over a deal that is not with the registrar of parties, was a big-time goof. Uhuruto are serious minds. UK admits that he signed a deal, so he didn't go back on the deal, unlike what many are saying here. He simply says his delegates refused the deal.

I don't know what people are saying here, my take is that the two agreements move hand in hand. The reason MaDVD signed with Jubilee was because he was promised the presidency by UK "under the devils influence" So for me you must implement both.

Is it something along the lines of the state of mind when signing a contract?

The agreement filed with the Registra is between parties.
The secret one was between individuals.

Mudavadi was played plain and simple!

If he were to pursue the line of compelling Uhuru to honour their private MOU, he would be further showing his naivete!

For starters, if Uhuru as an individual agrees to back him and TNA doesnt, where would that take him
Secondly in political matters you can not compel people to support you, you persuade them to willing throw their weight and resouces behind your candidature!

Mudavadi has only one choice now, take a walk and not look back.

when the deal is too good, think again! japo washamtia maji tayari!

If you've never met the devil in the road of life.,
its because you're both heading in the same direction, let's hope Uhuru has now changed direction

@Ngalaka. I disagree, Uhuru signed as the leader and presidential candidate of TNA, not as himself.

You are right, pursuing this with UK legally will certainly not get him any votes, but he has the right to rescind the agreement filed with the registrar of political parties and pursue his own presidential ambitions.

Aii nanii

To commit a party to matters of such magnitude, you need to get the party's organs to pass such as a resolution in a meeting/conference.

That it's the delegates who have refused the deal with MM.He should tell that to the birds. Leadership means influencing ya supporters to take a particular direction n not vice versa. Btw, when were these so called delegates elected by the people? UK goofed big time n burned any vote he hoped of getting from Western

Kweli @MADE. The delegates sing the song they are told to sing. Someone has simply told them what to do here - reason they are always paid to attend the delegates conference.
