Yesterday, the PM said that the year of Jubilee entails the return of stolen property.

Does anyone here believe that indeed this will happen?

How will it happen? What will happen to the thieves? And what happens if everyone is found to be a thief?

Houses where demolished, that's how we got the new Thika highway and the bypasses.
Of course it can't be 100%.

Estates to land had been claimed on road reserves, and the State moved in to demolish the houses. But the owners of the houses, were they stolen from by buying the rights to use the land?

But you have said that the restoration can't be 100%. At what percentage of restoration should we deem the process to be just? And why is it so?

Including Red carpets, VIP Toilets and Penthouses in tours abroad? One wonders if Mobutu RIP has relatives in Kenya.

Of course it can't be 100%.

Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.

On the return of stolen property, both jubilee and cord have a lot to return coz they are both made up of thugs.
