The Founder share invitation closes at midnight SEPTEMBER 15 2012.
FEP Share Closure.
This is after a successful county share campaign that has brought in 3,946 county investors by July 2012.
However, there is the last of county share sale through FOUNTAIN CREDIT SERVICES LTD and FEP SACCO SOCIETY LIMITED which started on 1/09/2012. The shares will however be subjected to the terms and conditions of the loan policy in these two companies.
Any investor who deposit money in the county bank accounts from 16th September 2012, will have the money transferred to the FEP Sacco or Fountain Credit Services LTD account as per the directive of the investor.
If the customer will not agree to the transfer, we will have no obligation but to refund the money back to the customer because FEP Holdings LTD will not be selling more shares after 15th September 2012.
FEP Share Closure.
FEP Sacco Society LTD will be selling the county shares up to an eighth while Fountain Credit Services LTD will sell shares up to (1/32) a thirty second of the full share.
The share sale through the Sacco and microfinance will close on 15th December 2012.
FEP Sacco Society LTD and Fountain Credit Services LTD will be tasked to ensure that the share secretariat(County offices , marketers, and their offices) is fully informed on the share information, any monthly changes to the share price or any other changes whatsoever to ensure that the share secretariat is full informed on the share process.
The investment schedules from Sacco and Microfinance will be sent on Monday(10/09/2012) and please make sure this information reaches as many people as possible especially the leaders and marketers.
Please follow the stipulated guidelines so that we do not have any mix-up of the county share sale between FEP Holdings LTD and our financing companies.
