@Seles, just ignore the naysayers. Continue roofing that unit you were developing, there always buyers, after all people are been born, middle class is growing etc. Buyers are always there, but will buy at HALF PRICE.

A horrible place to live. Noise, traffic, pollution, hawkers. You need a large affordable gated community in the outskirts where you and your kids can walk, jog, and ride bikes without being knocked down by motorists who have no manners. You want your kids to play football on grass, not on concrete or tarmac. You want to throw a barbecue + drinks for your pals in your back lawn. You want a traffic-free commute to work and school. I live in Westlands and can't wait to get the hell out.

Edenville is really nice for kids (and adults). Once I sell my digs, I'll move there. The commute is short.
