I just placed facts as they are and @KG post #60 (please read in pg3) has put it so well, the issue is not political interference but a wrong way in approaching the retrenchment exercise.

@Drobos fly do you want to bet?The MD erred big time and he knows that he is so full of himself,why are other workers retrenched yet they dont go to court?simple reason the management engages with them until they reach an amicable solution,TN and his management dint,they did not iron out the differences that were their between them and the workers...I have the judgment with me 65 pages of it kindly take time and read it and get what Rika.J said...by the way how can I post it on that wazua google group things everyone can read possunt quia posse videntur
