Kenya to play Zanzibar in the semis. Last time we reach semis? Ten years? And this is not the first team? Seems we got the talent... if only we could manage the talent well. Live Full Die Empty - Les Brown.

The huge defenders unsettled Rama. Paul Were and Kevin Omondi almost heading back to UG. Apparently, we need them because of injury worries among some key players (Mango'li and Miheso). If Ethiopia upset UG, we can start early celebrations. We owned them in the 3-1 win earlier in the group stages. In my unprofessional opinion, we'll meet UG in the second round "battle of Migingo". Without any injury, Kenya can beat UG and lift the trophy. If this happens, the battle of Migingo will be resolved without firing any single shot. Baks can send a military chopper to pick the players thereafter. In other news, more than 3/4 of the Eritrea Squad went MIA between Sunday night and Yesterday morning. The same thing happened in 2010. HOW THICK ARE THINGS BACK IN ERITREA? ...THOUGHT IT'S A GOOD COUNTRY! Live Full Die Empty - Les Brown.

Things that standout in the team, team selection was very good, very few coaches would have gifted Rama starting striker. It shows we are maturing and are more interested in delivery. Team conditioning has greatly improved - either Michel's boy or because it's end of season. Play has also improved. There is less use of orotha to the striker to run and score, there is patient build up using variation of short sharp balls and lazy languid type. Our midfield though work in progress has really stood out. Central defense pair have also been very neat and tidy save for the Uganda goal which was a soft gift to the jirani. For me Mieno, Miheso and mang'oli-when have been great to watch,m particularly the former, he is never in hurry but has killer passes.
