Last evening Prof Makau was on the Bench - Capital Talk with Jeff Koinange. Not only did he impress me with his sobriety, I also liked his love for Country. He exhorted Uhuru to drop his presidential bid for the sake of Kenyas welfare. Hats off.

He admitted to being biased(for Raila?). He said that is what he is paid for. To give his views and bias. According to him only reporters are expected to be objective.

@Laughing out loudly.found that interesting. i have to say he talks better than he writes. However i disagree with him on the call for UK to drop out of the race.if he was genuine and truly objective then he would have said the same for RAO who everyone knows was responsible for 82 coup attempt and all other presidential candidates mentioned in corrupt dealings. it was also telling when at the end he said that "we know who was responsible for PEV"

To me he is a regurgitator with an American accent. We all know he is biased and what he does is polarize and catalyze tribal animosity. I wish Mutahi Ngunyi was also running his Sunday column. At least he was objective.

now that he has shouted himself hoarse telling us what is so wrong with the uhuruto ticket, why cant he focus on selling his preferred candidate? i wonder what he would have had to say had ruto joined ODM. sell your candidate instead of demonising others. nation has become too biased.
