Move zones were big loss generators for NIC. The concept was great but I don't think they researched before they put them up. With Kenyans peculiar banking habits a bank without a banking hall is an information center only. But seriously think about it,apart from going to get info which you can call and get or email,why else would you need to visit the move zone for other than to drink free coffee and watch tv?
