Plots around Regen-Kinoo

Just got a call from a trusted business partner about 1/8 acre plots around Regen. Mwisho wa Matatu Number 30.

Going for between 1M and 2M. Would it be a worth investment to try. The Plots are just adjacent to the main highway with electricity but you have to get connected to water or dig your own borehole. water level very close from what i personally know

hi,am new member and have realy liked this site otherwise,that's roughly the price of plots in that area. please be careful when undertaking such a deal,especially taking into consideration that kinoo is a prime area.

Apart from the normal land scams that we are farmiliar with is there anything else to be cautious about while purchasing land around this area? just curious.

As i put it its a trusted business partner and he also lives around there and has purchased one too. So for a scam am sure am safe. The only thing that i dont know really is whether this guys called Mungiki will ask for protection and neighborhood fee. The plots are just on your way to magana flowers. And being sold by the owner of the plot and not some sort of brokers.

Secondly if you were offered the plot (Regen) and then another guy tells you to get an apartment mortgage in langata 3b/room at 5M payable in 18yrs. Where you just need a deposit of 1M . where would you dig in first asssuming you only have 1M to spend at this time?

The area has been a scene of mungiki disturbances. To that effect,you might wanna be cautious.
