I surely hope this is true - i.e Gakuo is running for Nai governor. He is all we need in nairobi, a man who will knuckle down to the details and build upwards and is unfazed by political noise.
Gakuo announcing his candidature should begin to dim Kisia's misplaced thinking of wanting to be governor. I have done some pieces of work for NCC previously and during Gakuo's time, our invoices would be settled within 60 days after completion - thus service delivery began to improve. During Kisia's term NCC became broke and it nolonger pays suppliers - when supplier invoices go unpaid since early 2010 (unless you want to give a kick back to you know who) for lack of funds coupled with the misadventure of taking a huge overdraft from Equity bank at loan terms, trying to raise municipal bonds when you have no audited accounts for the last 3yrs, then you begin to see how mediocre Kisia is. I believe anyone given money would have renovated KICC. The money came from government. You can bet Gakuo would get almost all votes from staff and suppliers of NCC..it's been broke times during Kisia'a term.
I don't rate Kidero highly though I would love a contest between him and Gakuo - now that would be a true gubernatorial contest. Kidero has too many skeletons from his tenure as CEO of mumias sugar..Mbaru is mbaru...I can't trust him with governorship, he is so engaged with enriching himself, although he gets things done. As for maggie, I wonder what she gives Jakom coz frankly she is a big liability misusing the pulpit to enrich herself...she represents one of the main our society is stinking - woman ceasing to be custodians of spirituality, morality, ethics etc would rather vote for a dog than her...

Good. I live outside Nairobi but most of my interests are in the city and I come almost daily. I am now mulling to register in the city so my vote can have real value! But he better choose a good party since many people are only used to 3 piece suit which will now be 6 piece suit

Refresh/Reload/Reset/Restart/Repost. What did Gakuo do? please refresh our memories. "The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.

Mbaru is the best candidate going by his past record.kidero should explain the sale of Busia land in which there is an ongoing case,Gakuo should shed light on cemetry deal,Kisia should say why he bought ISO from riverroad,Wanjiru should explain about Kamangu and the S.African,Waititu is already clarifying matters to courts.Mbaru is the best.

In today's DN it says that "scores of ODM supporters expressed support for his bid". I think his popularity cuts across party and ethnic considerations.
