With the constitutional requirement of not more than two thirds appointments in favor of one gender, does it then mean that BaksRao must appoint at least one lady? would hate to see Muhoro loosing out...

Bad luck for Muhoro. I see Judy Ndeda getting the Assistant Regualr Police. The other two posts will go to men.

kwani the gender rule also applies in matters security, will it also apply to the next army generals - I have never seen a top army lady, ama they will pull one from the lower ranks to balance the thing
