My major interest is a residential place and the other stuff is just auxiliary . I just hope there wont be a flats/high rise flats attack on the area any time soon since thats what has been happening in all good Nairobi neighborhoods. PS I have nothing against high rises if they are planned well and built in an organized appealing manner

Hey guys.Whats the going rate for an acre next to the Comply Industries plant/Sian flowers about 20Km from Nakuru town.(Inside Sobea area).

Also what is the price on the opposite side of the main highway i.e opposite Trinity Academy?

Anyone? I have a few acres though titles are not out.
