The 240b is not expected to come from the primary project developer! It will come from secondary developers who will buy stakes in the project and build the homes and offices as directed by the primary developer... it is a "planned development".
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Trust this fellows not to sink a penny into this project. They want to sell the infrastructure bit to another party. Met them last year and the idea was live then.

Suppose the guy who wants Tatu City Ltd to be dissolved has his way...what will be the future of the project?

I don't think he will have his way. Tatu is here to stay

@Innovate Guy.

How can Steven Mwagiru and His mother, a 99 year old (with due respect) have his way. This is Kenya and those in Power (maybe Including wenye huamua Kesi) has an Interest in Tatu.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Does it mean dreams of Tatu City is materializing after years of court battle?
The quarter-acre and half-acre plots in Kijani, with leasehold titles, are priced at Sh7 million to Sh13.5 million. The price includes a five-year service charge, according to promotional materials seen by the Star - See more at:

Tatu City is just but an example of a failed project that could have provided growth and boosted the economy.Tatu city was a good project but the owners became greedy with hyper inflated plot prices.
Right now nothing is taking place due to lack of funds.
All in all Tatu city is a dream that will never materialized.
