A slowdown in Africa?? Wouldn't we have already began seeing it since the great recession began in 2008??


the secular bear started in 2000.

2008-09 was the midpoint. the first market panic since 1907.

right now we are in a cyclical bull ....expect some moderate sell off soon but the market will remain within a tight range until the new secular bull is ushered in somewhere around 2017.

then we will laugh at the real estate guys for the next 17 or so years.

As hisah said,how will Africa continue growing when the global economy is slowing? But I think or hope there will be an investment bubble in Africa caused by foreign investors.
